Minor Districts - Orleans Red Sox vs Blues
2025-07-17Minor Blues compete in D6 tournament play finals
The Minor Blues posted wins vs Glebe and Carleton Russell to advance to the finals vs Orleans Red Sox. In the end Orleans prevailed to win the title. They will represent D6 in minor provincials in Brockville starting next week.
Blues coaches Ben Copp, Greg Evans and Jason Boushey noted the excellent effort put forward by all the Blues players. The Blues move on to the Tokessy tourament in August and will vye for the city championship at the end of August.
Kudos to the parent group who were instrumental in our district hosting efforts at Leitrim. Lots of work is involved to have the diamond looking great.
